I have done portraits in acrylic paint on canvas for many years. I try to capture the essence of a person, pet or event - such as weddings, bridal portrait, accomplishments, etc. I paint memorable moments that someone wants to memorialize in a painting. Patrons commission me when they want more than a photograph. I try to capture the essence of what I am painting.

I graduated in art with a BA and MFA from UC Santa Barbara. I have been published in the book Best Of America Water Media Artists and will be featured in a new book, Best Of

America Acrylic Artists.

My pricing varies depending upon size and number of people or characters in the painting. Prices range from $500 to $4000. One can email me with a request and I can look at the attachment of what you want painted and I can give you specific feedback on your request. You can also send me a copy of a photograph to my address and I can give you a price quote from that. Once an agreement is reached I will require a 50% down payment as a deposit. I will email you back a preliminary and a final jpg attachment image for your review and approval. Several options are available for payment.
