From an early age, Nadine was fascinated with drawing the human face and was greatly encouraged by her father who loved painting horses using oils. She went on to study illustration and animation at colleges in the UK before working as a computer games artist.
Nadine now dedicates herself to full-time portraiture and works from a combination of life and photographs. Ideally, meeting in person yields the greatest potential for capturing the unique qualities of the individual. However, if time and/or distance prevent meeting in person, a portrait can also be created from photographs.
